After you sign in, select "My Account," and go to "My Profile" to view your account information. To update your address, email address, and preferences, select the Update Profile button. You will be sent an email that contains a link to complete your updates.
Can I cancel or change a reservation once it has been made?
Yes. If your travel plans change, you can cancel or modify your reservation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy as stated during the reservations process.
